• Technical data — basic, anonymized analytics about how visitors use this site (page views, device type, referrer). We do not use behavioral advertising trackers.

• To respond to your inquiries and deliver the coaching you've requested.
• To personalize your breathwork protocol based on what you share.

4. Who we share it with

We only share data with the providers we need to run BreathX. These include:

• WhatsApp / Meta — to communicate with you when you message us.
• Nas.io — if you join our community, your profile is governed by their terms.
• Hosting and email providers — to operate the website and send replies.

We never sell your data and never share it for third-party advertising.

We keep your data only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
