Terms of Service

Welcome. These terms govern your use of the BreathX Collective website, community, and coaching programs. By using any of them, you agree to what's below.

1. Who we are

BreathX Collective is operated by IceMeditation OÜ (Estonia), founded and led by Victor Goenka, a breathwork psychologist based in Tulum, Mexico.

2. What we offer

  • Free community access via Nas.io — daily check-ins, peer support, and Victor's weekly content.
  • 1-on-1 coaching — a 60-day breathwork and psychology program tailored to your nervous system and goals.
  • Group programs and retreats — periodic offerings announced through the community.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you've read our Wellness & Medical Disclaimer.

4. Payment

Paid programs require payment in full or per the agreed schedule before sessions begin. Prices are quoted in the conversation in which you enroll. All fees are exclusive of taxes where applicable.

5. Refunds and cancellation

  • 1-on-1 coaching: If you cancel within 7 days of your first session and have completed no more than one session, you may request a full refund. After that point, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered case-by-case.
  • Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited.
  • Community membership: The free community can be left at any time. Paid tiers, if any, are governed by Nas.io's billing terms.

6. Your commitments

  • Show up to sessions on time and prepared.
  • Be honest about your health history and current state.
  • Treat Victor and other community members with respect.
  • Do not record or redistribute sessions without written consent.

7. No guarantee of results

Breathwork and coaching produce different outcomes for different people. We share what works for the clients we serve, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific result, including outcomes related to addiction, mental health, or wellbeing.

8. Intellectual property

All written content, audio practices, protocols, and materials provided by BreathX are owned by IceMeditation OÜ and are licensed to you for personal use only. Do not redistribute, resell, or repost them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BreathX Collective and IceMeditation OÜ are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in any matter will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be lawfully limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, with respect to the operating entity IceMeditation OÜ. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in our community or by email before they take effect.
